Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:


At Hayden Jane, if you are not happy with your product or order we have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned *in its original unused condition with all documentation within 7 days for a complete refund to the same credit card it was purchased on, less the shipping costs, or for a store credit or exchange. After 7 days, and up to 14 days, we will gladly issue a store credit or exchange. We do not accept returns after 14 days from receipt of purchase. Some items are returnable for store credit only.** Shipping charges will apply to exchanges.


Instructions on returning or exchanging your merchandise:


Contact us on our toll-free number at 1 888 700 7374 between business hours : Monday thru Friday from 9 am – 5 pm PST. You will receive a return authorization number (RA Number) from our customer service that is to be placed on the outside of your shipping packaging. Items must be received back at our location within 10 days of receiving your RA number. Repack the merchandise in its original packaging, if possible, with all tags in place. Please include a copy of the invoice sent to you at the time of purchase with a brief note explaining the return/exchange and ship the item(s) to the following address:

Please note: • We will not accept returns without the return number on the outside of the box. Any items returned in less than perfect condition will be sent back at the customer's expense. • Sale items are FINAL. We can not accept returns on merchandise that was purchased on sale.

Cancellations


You are able to cancel any item from your order, provided we have not packaged it for shipping. Please call us promptly with any order cancellations you may have.



If your order has already been shipped, but you wish to cancel it, you may return the item(s) to us once you have received it/them, however, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us. See our Returns/Exchange policy above.


There are no cancellations on custom orders, special orders and the like.



Do I receive an order confirmation? How can I track my order?


When your order has been accepted, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. You will also receive an e-mail letting you know that your parcel has shipped (with tracking number.)
